To Psychic Mediums Who are in Contact with Spirits

.Are you in communication with a spirit or spirits, those who have died and have moved to another place? Would it be possible to interview one of these spirits through you? If so, Chameleon Productions would like to film an interview with you and your Spirit for possible inclusion in "Changing Planes," a documentary on what lies beyond death.

Who will do the filming?

1. You may know a videographer that you would like to have film your interview.

    Ask them to contact Chameleon Productions for information, instructions, and interview           questions.

2. Chameleon Productions can help you locate a videographer/filmmaker in your area.

In addition to the interview, with your permission, the filmmaker would like to include additional footage, like publicity around your talent, any kind of supporting documetation you might have, perhaps views  of your home and the surroundings, perhaps a few words from someone who knows you and can add their support. You may have some ideas of your own to add.

Release Forms:

You and anyone else who appears in your interview footage will be asked to fill out a talent release at the time of your interview. Without this release Chameleon Productions cannot use your interview.

NOTE:  Subjects of a documentary are traditionally not paid . This is to prevent the conscious or unconscious influence on the subjects to provide the answers the documentarian wants.  Only the absolute truth is acceptable.
